About the role
- Support the execution of test scripts based on project guidelines and requirements. You will assist in creating and updating test scenarios and record evidence and results.
- Perform manual functional and exploratory testing, identifying unexpected behaviors, logging bugs, and tracking the progress of fixes.
- Assist in incident analysis by helping reproduce issues and contributing to the team's understanding of their cause and impact.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure deliveries meet the company's quality standards, participating in validation stages before release to production.
- Keep test documentation up to date by recording test cases, results, and relevant information for traceability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Engineering or related fields;
- Previous experience in Software Quality (QA);
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation;
- Knowledge of Figma, Miro, and Adobe tools;
- Basic to intermediate English and Spanish;
- Understanding of QA methodologies, version control (Git/GitHub), and automation;
- Intermediate Office suite skills (Microsoft Office).
