About the role
- Monitoring indicators: Continuously track performance KPIs, delinquency levels, recovery rates and fraud attempts.
- Risk intelligence: Anticipate market trends and portfolio behavior, proposing rapid adjustments to mitigate risks.
- Collections strategy: Lead efficient credit recovery strategies to reduce losses and optimize financial returns.
- Fraud prevention: Strengthen preventive controls and implement anti‑fraud measures to protect the company's assets.
- Strategic interface: Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Technology teams to align risk management with the company's growth objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Postgraduate degree.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
