About the role

After individual onboarding, you will take on responsible tasks in our projects
Design and implementation of modern analytics and data platforms based on Microsoft Fabric
Building end-to-end data value chains (ingestion, transformation, modeling, visualization)
Development and deployment of lakehouse, warehouse, and end-to-end Fabric architectures
Modeling high-performance data models and semantic layers
Developing insightful Power BI reports and dashboards
Advising our clients from requirements gathering to go-live
Responsible for architecture, technology, and design decisions
Advising on non-technical topics such as platform operations, data governance, and efficient cost management
Optional: technical guidance of colleagues and support in presales

A completed degree in Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics with a focus on IT, or an equivalent qualification
Hands-on mentality combined with strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovation topics (e.g., Data Agents, real-time analytics, Fabric IQ)
Several years of professional experience in analytics, BI, or data platform environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or related Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake)
Experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and analytical architectures
Confident working with SQL; ideally also with DAX, Python, or Spark
Enjoy consulting, working independently, and client interaction
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
