About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans across CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR® aligned with national priorities and local sales objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, cultural moments, and activation strategies supporting regional growth
  • Build quarterly activation calendars to increase consumer trial, retail conversion, and food service penetration
  • Optimize market investments and activation mix for reach, engagement, and efficiency
  • Partner with regional sales teams and distributor partners on retail priorities, account opportunities, and distribution objectives
  • Support food service growth through sampling programs, partnerships, and targeted activations
  • Provide marketing support for key account initiatives and market-specific opportunities
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, forecasting, spend, invoices, compliance, reporting, and ROI
  • Track activation effectiveness and optimize investments based on performance
  • Support product forecasting, inventory planning, and resource allocation
  • Lead regional activations, sponsorships, sampling programs, and experiential initiatives
  • Manage and develop assigned employees, ensuring priorities, accountability, and executional excellence
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and field resources for consistent execution
  • Oversee regional logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, and activation assets
  • Monitor and report performance metrics including reach, sampling volume, engagement efficiency, productivity, activation mix, and retail conversion impact
  • Use market insights and reporting tools to identify optimization opportunities and share recaps and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, distributors, community organizations, retail partners, food service operators, and agencies
  • Support national initiatives and regional priorities while contributing market insights and consumer feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, regional marketing, or related roles within CPG, beverage, food service, or a related industry
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs
  • Experience partnering with sales organizations and distributor networks
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically throughout the region
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to connect field marketing activity to business performance and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required
  • Must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed for activations and events
