• Daily community management on ambassador socials. This includes timely DM responses, flagging content, engaging with content & daily inbox clears across both Instagram and TikTok.
• Content creation support and content platform sweeps (PhotoCircle / Tribe).
• Monthly strategic DM pushes assistance.
• Program community group engagement (through the platform BFF – formerly Geneva).
• Candidate sourcing and outreach support where needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Develop an understanding of the CPG industry and the cross-functional efforts of our Marketing department.
