About the role
- Daily community management on ambassador socials. This includes timely DM responses, flagging content, engaging with content & daily inbox clears across both Instagram and TikTok.
- Content creation support and content platform sweeps (PhotoCircle / Tribe).
- Monthly strategic DM pushes assistance.
- Program community group engagement (through the platform BFF – formerly Geneva).
- Candidate sourcing and outreach support where needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Develop an understanding of the CPG industry and the cross-functional efforts of our Marketing department.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or has achieved a bachelor's degree in a United States-based college or university.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and alongside a team.
- Desire to learn and develop professional skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative given autonomy.
