About the role
- Report to the Director, National Accounts and drive development and growth of Celsius products in National Retailers
- Set go-to-market strategy, build joint business plans, cultivate partnerships, and align cross-functional efforts to drive revenue and brand visibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ leaders and decision-makers to drive sales growth
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance of assigned key accounts using tools like IRI and Power BI
- Support sales forecasting and production planning to align with customer demand
- Collaborate with distributor network and senior management to align business objectives and executional plans
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with national retail partners and align on annual business plans, investments, shopper marketing plans, and performance scorecards
- Manage key account pricing execution and promotional calendars, including coordination with DSD partners
- Primary focus on National Accounts – Convenience, Drug and Dollar
Requirements
- 5+ years of selling experience in the consumer products industry (National account experience required; RTD beverage experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business coursework preferred
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and how to execute direct sales, order management and logistics
- Knowledge and experience of internal functions in CPG (Sales Resources, Business Planning, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools (e.g., IRI, Excel, Power BI)
- Must be able to travel ~40%, including overnight
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must live within 1 hour of a major international airport
- This is a driving position: valid U.S. Driver’s License required and applicants must pass an MVR screening
