About the role

  • Develop and manage the business performance of assigned national accounts both short and long-term.
  • Execute Joint Business Planning with key customers and PepsiCo account teams, develop Annual Operating Plans, and provide input into Strategic Foodservice Plan.
  • Develop and present creative and results oriented presentations to Customers, Bottler’s, and PepsiCo account teams.
  • Review and evaluate bottler and PepsiCo account team’s performance in achieving sales and merchandising objectives through specific objectives that are clearly articulated, mutually agreed upon and effectively measured.
  • Work closely with Celsius Finance and Legal Teams to ensure that all customer related funding and marketing proposals are compliant with Celsius internal policies and procedures.
  • Actively engage Celsius Marketing to create compelling promotional and brand building opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate National Account Updates and Customer Plans to Celsius Field and Regional Teams for execution and amplification.
  • Maintain a high level of interaction with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction, educate on product line and category developments and trends, as well as maintain a full understanding of key customers’ organizations.
  • Maintain thorough and current understanding of existing and projected product lines, category trends of key trade customers, of competitors and the marketplace in general
  • Leverage both syndicated and custom research to build fact based selling stories.
  • Forecast by brand and designated packing, volume expected from assigned customer group monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Complete all required accounting and administrative responsibilities for HQ.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in CPG Sales, preferably within beverage category.
  • Experience with distributor management, direct store delivery (DSD), and experience working with Restaurant and Healthcare channel customers
  • Strong business planning, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and field reporting tools (e.g., VIP, Excel).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business coursework preferred.
