About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the engineering team on the design, development, and testing of features in Celonis’s cloud product
Write clean, well-structured code using Angular, Spring Boot, C++17, and Kubernetes
Contribute to real product work with ownership of specific features or components
Work with senior engineers and a mentor to develop technical skills and understanding of large-scale software systems
Participate in code reviews, standups, and team rituals
Explore and contribute to open-source code and projects where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
At least one completed internship or relevant project experience demonstrating hands-on coding skills
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, TypeScript, or C++
Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Collaborative, team-first mindset with initiative to take ownership and follow through
Bonus: GPA of 3.6 or higher
Bonus: Experience with cloud-native or distributed systems
Bonus: Familiarity with Angular, Spring Boot, or Kubernetes
Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects
