About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across Celnor Group's US portfolio, from specialist and technical positions through leadership hires
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand growth plans and talent requirements
  • Proactively source and headhunt talent and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide insight on talent availability, compensation, competitor activity and regional hiring markets
  • Support newly acquired businesses transitioning into Celnor's Talent Acquisition model
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial conversation through offer
  • Collaborate with the UK Talent Acquisition team and share expertise, talent and best practice across the Group
  • Use recruitment technology, data and market intelligence to improve hiring
  • Help shape and develop Celnor's US Talent Acquisition capability
  • Report to David Dawson

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced US Talent Acquisition professional
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices
  • Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple roles, locations or business areas
  • Ability to operate independently and partner with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to advise and challenge hiring leaders constructively
  • Experience in environmental services, engineering, scientific, consultancy, testing, inspection, certification or compliance would be useful but is not essential
