About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions for Cellulant Group entities
  • Manage any payroll discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Utilise advanced data analytics tools to analyse reports from our primary HRIS, payroll system and performance management systems and extract meaningful insights related to workforce trends, performance, and efficiency
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on payroll and people analytics for senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in both payroll and analytics functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration and people analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualisation tools
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
