About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions for Cellulant Group entities
- Manage any payroll discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution
- Utilise advanced data analytics tools to analyse reports from our primary HRIS, payroll system and performance management systems and extract meaningful insights related to workforce trends, performance, and efficiency
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on payroll and people analytics for senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in both payroll and analytics functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration and people analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualisation tools
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
