• You will own end-to-end product design for key product areas, from early concepts to shipped experiences
• You will design clear, user-centred workflows for end users, growth teams, partners, and developers
• You will partner closely with product and engineering to shape solutions, make tradeoffs, and execute effectively
• You will use user research and product data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly
• You will contribute to and evolve Cello’s design system and shared patterns
• You will raise design quality through hands-on work, thoughtful critique, and attention to detail
• You will ensure a coherent product experience across key customer touchpoints

Senior Product Designer

• Define and own Cello’s design foundations, including principles, patterns, and a scalable design system
• Lead end-to-end product design across core experiences, from early concepts to shipped product
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape solutions early and holistically
• Design clear, user-centred experiences for end users, growth teams, partners, and developers
• Shape how the Cello SDK integrates into customer products and how developers build on top of it
• Use user research and product data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly
• Raise the design bar through hands-on work, strong critique, and continuous improvement of how design is done
• Ensure a coherent product and brand experience across key customer touchpoints, including the website

Founding Product Designer

Full-stack Engineer

• Build and improve an all-in-one referral platform for B2B SaaS powering referrals, sharing & recommendations
• Work on frontend widgets, high-performance APIs, full customer portal, attribution models and recommendation engines
• Scale systems to handle millions of events and integrate with customer apps
• Work directly with stakeholders—no ticket factory; build new features and improve existing systems
• Influence architecture and product direction and collaborate with an experienced founding team
