About the role
- Administration of Expensify platform including addition/removal and proper department assignment of employees
- Proper and timely reimbursement of expenses based on company's internal policies
- Assist Finance Department with month end accrual determination
- Communicate with employees to address and correct submittals and assist with error correction
- Support payroll manager with payroll processing including recording in company's ERP
- Ensure compliance with all necessary state and federal payroll requirements
- Work closely with Finance and HR departments and report to Director of Finance
- Serve as a key contributor to employee compensation and expense reimbursement processes
- Be open to new challenges and adapt to a forward-thinking business environment
Requirements
- Experience in Payroll/Employee Compensation and Expense Reimbursement area
- Knowledge of Expensify platform
- Payroll processing experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting
- Ability to understand the need for confidentiality of personal information
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of focus on quality and accuracy
