About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent for both technical and go-to-market (GTM) roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights; serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and manage complex interview processes, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience and providing guidance on interview best practices.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically managing end-to-end recruiting processes for highly skilled technical positions as well as go-to-market roles in the SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology industries.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in building robust talent pipelines and creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
