Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights; serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and manage complex interview processes, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience and providing guidance on interview best practices.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and generate reports for stakeholders.
Advocate for the candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically managing end-to-end recruiting processes for highly skilled technical positions as well as go-to-market roles in the SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology industries.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in building robust talent pipelines and creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
