About the role
- Develop and carry out detailed test plans and cases
- Draft and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV)
- Identify and meticulously document software defects
- Manage engineering projects and teams while contributing to continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong skills in test engineering, test execution, and functional testing
- Comfortable with test equipment, automation, and troubleshooting
