About the role

  • Support the Global Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Inventory Team by assisting with inventory-related data analysis, financial documentation, and reporting.
  • Apply accounting knowledge to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
  • Contribute to process improvements working alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Aid in the collection, review, and analysis of inventory-related business metrics and financial data.
  • Support preparation and interpretation of monthly and quarterly inventory financial reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in documenting and updating SCM dashboards, financial data sources, and user guidelines.
  • Participate in identifying and resolving data or reporting discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a University internship program and have completed their 3rd year of studies of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Coursework or experience in financial reporting, inventory accounting, or supply chain management is an asset.
