About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and implement technical solutions in two or more technical areas
- Lead smaller projects
- Review and interpret customer documentation
- Conduct appropriate research, analysis and experiments
- Create technical proposals
- Design, modify and implement systems
- Testing, simulation and measuring the performance of systems
- Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Analyze and interpret data and information
- Recommend modifications for systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent understanding of test methodologies
- Hands-on experience in configuring switches and routers
- Familiar with testing tracking and defect management tools
- UNIX / Linux experience is desirable
- Programming in C and scripting with Shell, Perl / CGI, Expect is a plus
