About the role
- Responsible for thermal test validation of IT equipment including server/storage/switch product.
- Work with other function team to resolve thermal relevant issues.
- Document comprehensive thermal test plan and report.
- New test capability and process builds.
- Thermal test lead and contact window for key customers.
Requirements
- B.S. or above in Thermal Engineering or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in thermal design/test validation of electronic product, Server/storage/switch product experience is preferred.
- Thermal test experience for single-phase liquid cooling, two-phase liquid cooling and immersion cooling test experience is preferred.
- Good skills in oral English.
- Experience on thermal test automation is preferred.
- Hope to be a Thermal SME in the future.
