Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer – 12 Month Contract to Hire

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership for manufacturing issues
- Perform design of experiments in support of root cause corrections
- Collaborate with technicians and colleagues to drive troubleshooting efficiency
- Maintain documentation and work instructions related to troubleshooting and repair
- Uphold compliance with ITAR regulations and export control requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical prints
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing is welcome but not required
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR
