About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing specific programs
- Works as a member of teams responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts
- Coordinates program tracking meetings with the customer and internal team members
- Manages current and planned programs to achieve planned revenue
- Monitors customer satisfaction and resolves issues
- Provides performance reporting for quarterly reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Seven to ten years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and schedules
- In-depth knowledge of business issues associated with manufacturing PCBs
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Good presentation, database management and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with a variety of customers
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively
