About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing specific programs
Works as a member of teams responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts
Coordinates program tracking meetings with the customer and internal team members
Manages current and planned programs to achieve planned revenue
Monitors customer satisfaction and resolves issues
Provides performance reporting for quarterly reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Seven to ten years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and schedules
In-depth knowledge of business issues associated with manufacturing PCBs
Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
Good presentation, database management and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with a variety of customers
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively
