About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directs activities to support all manufacturing operations equipment availability (uptime)
Supports and manages customer test process sustaining effort including incorporation of engineering changes and identifying yield improvements efforts
Manages activities pertaining to new product test development and implementation into manufacturing
Tracks the execution of the projects under development
Conduct engineering analysis and/or testing of products to validate that products meet customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in a relevant field
Expertise in liquid cooling technologies, specifically cold plate and manifold
Strong background in manufacturing process quality control
Proven experience in process optimization for liquid cooling manufacturing
Skill in technical troubleshooting and problem solving within liquid cooling systems
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to liquid cooling design and manufacturing
Experience in optical module (OSFP) liquid cooling design or manufacturing is an added advantage
Experience in Vapor chamber heat sink, Fan design and manufacturing is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
