About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directs activities to support all manufacturing operations equipment availability (uptime)
- Supports and manages customer test process sustaining effort including incorporation of engineering changes and identifying yield improvements efforts
- Manages activities pertaining to new product test development and implementation into manufacturing
- Tracks the execution of the projects under development
- Conduct engineering analysis and/or testing of products to validate that products meet customer requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Expertise in liquid cooling technologies, specifically cold plate and manifold
- Strong background in manufacturing process quality control
- Proven experience in process optimization for liquid cooling manufacturing
- Skill in technical troubleshooting and problem solving within liquid cooling systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to liquid cooling design and manufacturing
- Experience in optical module (OSFP) liquid cooling design or manufacturing is an added advantage
- Experience in Vapor chamber heat sink, Fan design and manufacturing is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
