Manager, IT Business Partner
CelesticaManager IT Business Partner in Japan with responsibility for aligning business units with global IT capabilities at Celestica. Leading strategic projects and improving business efficiencies for electronics manufacturing.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic alignment between Celestica's business units in Japan and global IT capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between Celestica’s functional areas and the technology team throughout multiple project lifecycles.
- Prepare and update business processes to improve efficiencies within the Company.
- Review internal processes, technical specifications, projected costs and proposals, and provide advice on proposed process improvement projects.
- Work with vendors to prepare detailed Statement of Works for projects and manage such projects through the project lifecycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years' related experience is appropriate for a managerial role that includes project management and strategic partnership
- Exceptional candidates with a proven track record of strategic IT leadership in the electronics manufacturing sector will be considered, even if the total years of experience is slightly below the target.
- Bachelor's Degree. University degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a combination of work experience with education.
