Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and own the complete manufacturing test strategy
Create robust and scalable test systems, qualifying custom fixtures, and developing automated test software
Serve as a key technical partner in the New Product Introduction process
Act as the lead investigator for complex production challenges
Continuously scout, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge manufacturing test technologies and methodologies
Elevate the skills of the technical team by developing training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing test environment
Demonstrated expertise in defining, developing, and implementing test strategies for new hardware products
Deep mastery of DFT and DFM principles
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems
Hands-on experience with test automation and scripting (e.g., Visual Basic, LabVIEW, Python)
