About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and execute industrial engineering initiatives across all facets of operations.
Design, develop, and implement new and improved manufacturing processes.
Conduct plant layout planning and perform detailed capacity studies.
Drive initiatives related to automation and Industry 4.0.
Develop application software and tooling for complex machinery.
Execute and support the characterization of machine and process capabilities.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to manufacturing efficiency.
Provide constructive feedback to product designers for efficient manufacturability.
Develop and implement strategies for standard material supermarkets and logistics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineer role in the manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify optimal solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with manufacturing software and automation technologies.
Good command both Thai and English.
