About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary liaison between customers and the production team.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and production stays on schedule.
Troubleshoot issues related to EDI transmissions, production delays, and material shortages.
Prepare detailed performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery, forecasting accuracy, and yield reports.
Lead production meetings to relay customer requirements and close "root cause" issues.
Track project billing and assist senior members with quotes for new products or services.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a degree holder.
Minimum of 6 years of related experience (typically in manufacturing, supply chain, or account management).
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically: Excel & Access.
Proficiency in entering detailed data with high speed and a high degree of accuracy.
Familiarity with EDI transmissions and database management for tracking corrective actions.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production schedules, and scheduling requirements.
Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and business issues associated with the manufacturing cycle.
Ability to interpret and manage customer contracts, terms, and conditions.
