About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects, involving multiple domains.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers.
- Act as the primary customer contact and review and interpret customer requirements/specifications.
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions.
- Develops deployment strategies and plans.
- Lead the deployment of strategic complex programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 to 15 years of experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage/lead complex, multiple line engineering projects
- Demonstrate solid understanding of the technical, financial and people aspects of the project
- Ability to recognize project barriers and develop mitigation plans
- Demonstrate "People & Team Leadership Behaviors"
- Ability to create financial plans for your projects
- Fully knowledgeable about internal and external financial reporting, accounting and tax requirements relevant to your area of expertise
- Coaching/Mentoring; Communication/Negotiation/Presentation; Creative Problem Solving; Customer Interaction/Stakeholder Management; Quality & Lean; Working Effectively with Others; D/PFMEA; 8D/Corrective Action; Equipment Safety; Design of Experiments (DOE).
