About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of structural and functional test programs, overseeing the entire lifecycle from concept to validation.
- Design and implement technical solutions using Python, ensuring code is scalable and maintainable.
- Manage the distribution of tasks among the test engineering team, ensuring workloads are balanced and aligned.
- Serve as the lead technical contact for customers, translating complex requirements into actionable test strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5+ years in Structural and Functional Test development within the electronic industry.
- Engineering Degree or higher in Electronics or equivalent.
- Expert-level knowledge in test development software: Python, and other languages.
- Strong knowledge of test fixture design, setup, and hardware/software integration.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data to recommend system modifications and improvements.
