Backend Engineer

• Architect, build, and manage robust, scalable, and secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain high-quality scripts and tools, primarily in Python, to fully automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Infrastructure as Code).
• Design and maintain custom dashboards and tooling to provide real-time visibility and monitoring.
• Utilize full-stack development skills to design, create, maintain, and support diverse in-house frameworks and applications.
• Embed security best practices and automated checks (DevSecOps) within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Work closely with development, QA, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve complex issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack to ensure high availability and performance.
• Integrate security tooling and robust monitoring into the CI/CD pipeline to create a secure, reliable, and observable software delivery lifecycle.
