Requirements

What you’ll need

Twelve plus years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth knowledge of production processes and tools
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to lead, manage, mentor, train and motivate a diverse group of employees
