- Leads a significant Customer Focused team within a site
- Accountable for the execution of the business of a customer or group of customers
- Drives continuous improvement using lean and 6-sigma methodologies
- Reports on performance to the customer and site management
- Manages employee satisfaction improvement within CFT
Requirements
- Twelve plus years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and tools
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to lead, manage, mentor, train and motivate a diverse group of employees
