About the role
- Perform reliability testing.
- Write test reports and provide analysis of the test data, prepare documentation and recommendations.
- Familiar with test equipment such as HALT and Environmental chambers, Power supplies, DMMs, Data loggers, ThermocouplesIR cameras, Oscilloscopes etc.
- Lead meetings with customers to update the Reliability activities status.
- Work with the cross-functional team to ensure the products can meet the design specification and reliability goals.
- Conduct failure analysis (FA).
- Ensure that the Reliability issues have been resolved in the prompt and timely manner.
- Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, Installation, maintenance and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data.
- May provide training in new procedures to testing staff or technicians.
- Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in hands-on testing of electronic products (Communication, Enterprise products, etc.)
- Effective communication skills and can do attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Knowledge of product and component failure modes and mechanisms.
- Typical Education Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Mechanical engineering or related field.
