About the role

  • Perform reliability testing.
  • Write test reports and provide analysis of the test data, prepare documentation and recommendations.
  • Familiar with test equipment such as HALT and Environmental chambers, Power supplies, DMMs, Data loggers, ThermocouplesIR cameras, Oscilloscopes etc.
  • Lead meetings with customers to update the Reliability activities status.
  • Work with the cross-functional team to ensure the products can meet the design specification and reliability goals.
  • Conduct failure analysis (FA).
  • Ensure that the Reliability issues have been resolved in the prompt and timely manner.
  • Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, Installation, maintenance and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data.
  • May provide training in new procedures to testing staff or technicians.
  • Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in hands-on testing of electronic products (Communication, Enterprise products, etc.)
  • Effective communication skills and can do attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Knowledge of product and component failure modes and mechanisms.
  • Typical Education Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Mechanical engineering or related field.
