About the role
- Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Provides technical leadership and direction to a global team of engineers
- Takes responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project (people, financials etc.)
- Reviews and interprets customer specifications and may act as primary customer contact.
- Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Hardware Design and Signal Integrity Experience
- 4+ years of managerial/leadership Experience
- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Physics
- Masters Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Physics preferred but not required
- Highly self-motivated with a strong multidisciplinary background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Successful track record bringing products to market
