About the role

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling
  • Provides technical leadership and direction to a global team of engineers
  • Takes responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project (people, financials etc.)
  • Reviews and interprets customer specifications and may act as primary customer contact.
  • Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Hardware Design and Signal Integrity Experience
  • 4+ years of managerial/leadership Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Physics
  • Masters Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Physics preferred but not required
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong multidisciplinary background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Successful track record bringing products to market
