Research capital equipment specs and engage with suppliers to evaluate product offerings against the technical requirements of a project or site.
Conduct safety analysis and research to develop safety plans and procedures.
Engage with site teams and local contractors to install systems that meet corporate standards.
Work on instrumentation and measurement systems to capture Facility Cooling Loop data to be integrated into monitoring systems.
Compose and update standards and procedures for setup, calibration and operation.
Develop or maintain P&IDs and 3D models of facility piping systems.
Collaborate with contractors as needed to develop analysis, customer presentations and 3D simulations of hydraulic piping systems.
Project Management: Ability to manage/lead complex, multiple line engineering projects that may also involve other functions.
Demonstrate solid understanding of the technical, financial and people aspects of the project.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to achieve program objectives.
Create a project/change management plans to ensure that the project are delivered within the assigned time and budget.
Ability to recognize project barriers and develop mitigation plans.
Leadership: People & Team Leadership; Mentor and lead peer engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in a PCBA environment, with a strong understanding of cooling processes and requirements.
Familiarity with enclosed and facility-based cooling systems.
Experience with one or more current Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) technologies.
Knowledge of L6 through L10 system assembly and L11+ rack design and implementation.
