About the role

  • Collect, analyze, develop, document and communicate business requirements
  • Provide support and user training on selected systems
  • Participate in IT projects
  • Monitor and upkeep operating environments
  • Respond to incidents & problems
  • Deployment of new technologies as well as install, configure, maintain and perform testing of PC operating systems

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client)
  • Linux and other mainstream OS knowledge will be helpful
  • Strong analytical, technical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle concepts and practices
  • Good coding skills in specified programming languages
