Support quote/proposal development by accurately estimating effort, time, and risk
Review and interpret customer inputs and specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility
Conduct detailed design engineering analysis
Support new product introductions with site manufacturing teams
Communicate complex technical subjects with customers and within the company
Analyze risk trade-offs and recommend solutions
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level mechanical engineers

Requirements

Minimum 11 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in a highly regulated industry a plus
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
