About the role
- The Electrical Hardware Engineer works with cross-functional teams including other designers, customers, manufacturing engineering, and project leadership to ensure robust and high-quality product development.
- Enhance designs with feedback from reviews in areas such as manufacturing, test, supply chain, reliability, industrial design, and simulations.
- Provide support throughout the manufacturing process of the electrical/mechanical system designed.
- Develop new electrical systems/circuits for various applications, research system ideas, and create schemas and specifications.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience in Electrical Engineering
- Working knowledge of PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro 16.x & 17.x)
- Familiar with high-density PCB design
- Working knowledge of setting and complying with board and trace constraints
- Knowledge of IPC standards is preferred
- Familiar with EMC & EMI layout requirements
- Self-motivated and capable of managing assignments in a dynamic environment
