About the role

  • The Electrical Hardware Engineer works with cross-functional teams including other designers, customers, manufacturing engineering, and project leadership to ensure robust and high-quality product development.
  • Enhance designs with feedback from reviews in areas such as manufacturing, test, supply chain, reliability, industrial design, and simulations.
  • Provide support throughout the manufacturing process of the electrical/mechanical system designed.
  • Develop new electrical systems/circuits for various applications, research system ideas, and create schemas and specifications.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Working knowledge of PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro 16.x & 17.x)
  • Familiar with high-density PCB design
  • Working knowledge of setting and complying with board and trace constraints
  • Knowledge of IPC standards is preferred
  • Familiar with EMC & EMI layout requirements
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing assignments in a dynamic environment
