About the role
- Perform duties in a normal office environment
- Must be able to handle extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Sound project coordination/management skills
- Knowledge of documentation practices and broader policy
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines and their interrelationship
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Requirements
- Candidate with minimum 1-year relevant experience or fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
- Significant knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management
- Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration proceedings
- Proficient in SAP is an added advantage
- Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, etc.) are frequently required
- Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for timely completion of projects
