  • Perform duties in a normal office environment

Requirements

  • Candidate with minimum 1-year relevant experience or fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
  • Significant knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management
  • Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration proceedings
  • Proficient in SAP is an added advantage
  • Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, etc.) are frequently required
  • Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for timely completion of projects
