- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize manufacturing processes
- Lead implementation of manufacturing processes for new products
- Understand and provide feedback on customer's technical requirements

Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing and engineering processes
- Proficient in Design for manufacturability (DFX) tools
- Ability to manage complex engineering projects
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
