About the role
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Global Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) leadership team for the US Benefits Program
- Administer all types of leave programs
- Coordinate leave benefits with third-party administrators and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee leave records
- Serve as primary point of contact for leave policies and processes
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on complex leave situations
- Stay updated on changes to leave laws and regulations
- Conduct new hire benefit meetings and support annual benefits enrollment
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing and administering a comprehensive leave of absence portfolio
- 2-4 years benefits administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, will consider Associate’s degree or High School diploma with relevant work experience
- Knowledge of federal and state leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
- Proven experience in managing the ADA interactive process
- Strong understanding of benefits administration related to employees on leave
