About the role

  • Perform PCB troubleshooting, debugging, rework, chassis assembly and disassembly, electrical wiring, harness builds
  • Orders and maintains inventory for electronic equipment
  • Performs tasks such as System Debug and Troubleshooting, repairs and designs circuits and fabricates electronic test equipment
  • Load and configure software utilities or applications used to facilitate the operation of computers
  • Perform incoming inspections on delivered equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Ability to document and organize work using Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in a STEM Program
  • Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings, including schematics, layouts and other technical documents
  • Knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of electronic equipment
  • Experience with Python programming and shell scripting is a plus
  • Comfortable using power tools such as cutting tools, electronic screwdrivers, power drills, Dremel tools, etc
  • Hands-on skills to disassemble and reassemble electronic devices
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Team oriented with good communication skills and ability to multitask
