About the role
- Leads a Customer Focused team within a site
- Responsible for executing the business of a customer or small group of customers with guidance from a more senior manager
- Ensures the CFT generates value for the customer
- Involved in the creation and implementation of action plans to resolve customer issues
- Implements policies and guidelines and evaluates results
- Advises on availability of appropriate resources, tools, equipment and support
- Selects employees, assigns objectives, reviews performance and makes recommendations on employee compensation
Requirements
- Over 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of the production process and tools used in the process
- Ability to coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet operational, supply chain and financial targets
- Good and developing skills in CLS defined competencies: Personal Attributes, Interpersonal; Business Technical and Leadership Competencies
- Ability effectively to lead, manage, mentor and motivate a diverse group of employees
