Provides direct and indirect supervision to all subordinate managers and employees at a site performing highly specialized roles in several major functions or departments
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives
Maintains responsibility for a large site SCM activities or multi-customer activities but may have involvement in other site process and application implementations
Implements structure to meet future customer and process requirements
Provides direction on major projects, such as warehouse software upgrade
Requirements
Twelve plus years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in related field (Business or Engineering)
Extensive knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes
In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain management, distribution methods, and global transportation services and inventory management
Ability to understand the complete supply chain and resolve issues in any area
Strong knowledge in all areas of import / export, regulatory and logistics management
