About the role
- Provides direct and indirect supervision to subordinate team leaders and professional employees.
- Establishes three to five year plans/objectives and develops policies for the function/unit.
- Accountable for department results and activities involving multi-functional teams.
- Develops or assists in the development of department budgets and goals.
- Reviews employees' performance, recommends employee compensation, and coaches for improved performance.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of professional standards and precedents in area of specialty.
- Experience in developing policies for function/unit.
