Regional Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic sales growth, market penetration, and customer development activities
- Drive new equipment sales and aftermarket services
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Identify capital project opportunities
- Support outage and maintenance initiatives
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and product management teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline required
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technical sales, strategic account management, or sales engineering
- Extensive knowledge of engineered/API pump systems and rotating equipment
- Strong understanding of nuclear utility procurement processes
- Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
