Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and research retail businesses that could benefit from modern POS and eCommerce technology
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and social selling
- Connect with retail owners and decision-makers to understand their current systems and operational challenges
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain organized records of outreach and activity in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or B2B sales
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS, retail technology, POS systems, or eCommerce platforms is a plus
- Firearms industry experience a plus
