About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-End responsibility for our tracking stack across GA4, Server-Side GTM, Amplitude and marketing tools, including audits, stabilization and consent gating
- Establish tracking governance — event definitions, naming conventions, tracking plans and change logs — to replace the previous agency-run setup with scalable internal ownership
- Rollout and enablement of Amplitude as the product analytics platform so teams can define reliable OKR metrics and launch new features with clean tracking
- Develop automated tracking monitoring to detect data quality issues and outages early, including translating technical findings into clear business impact for stakeholders in marketing, product and engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM (client-side and server-side), ideally in a high-growth e-commerce environment with complex purchase funnels
- Deep expertise in tracking plan development, GDPR/consent management and debugging attribution and conversion setups across multiple marketing channels
- Professional English; experience managing external agency relationships and tracking SLAs is a strong plus
