• Own the contracting process end-to-end: intake, review, redlines, negotiation strategy, internal alignment, approvals, and signature.
• Work closely with sales/business development, project development, construction, consulting, finance, and risk/insurance to move agreements to signature quickly without compromising risk posture.
• Analyze third-party agreements (primes, RFPs, subcontracts, POs, PSAs, consulting) and amendments.
• Identify legal, financial, and operational risks; provide actionable redlines aligned with CEG frameworks.
• Lead counterparties through language and risk allocation, including scope, payment, and flow-downs.
• Enforce critical terms and manage exceptions via defined approval processes with clear recommendations.
• Drive negotiations to closure using disciplined tracking, documented rationale, and clean redlines.
• Verify that all approved terms and redlines are accurately reflected in final copies and attachments.
• Review prime contracts to ensure all obligations and protections are accurately mirrored in subcontract and vendor agreements.
• Support RFP responses by auditing T&Cs, drafting exceptions, and aligning commercial terms with pricing and delivery assumptions.

• Own the development plan, schedule, and deliverables while coordinating with a cross-functional team

• Own the project development roadmap, schedule, and deliverables from selection through award

• Drive ECM concepts (30-50%) into a coordinated scope package suitable for pricing, savings calculations, and client approval
• Develop financial proformas and deal structures to ensure projects meet ROI targets and performance guarantees
• Lead the preparation of the final deliverables/proposals, coordinate internal reviews, and coordinate revisions as necessary to align with client sustainability and operational goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, financial partners, and client decision-makers
• Lead client meetings through award
• Prepare detailed scopes of work and manage competitive bidding processes to obtain accurate project pricing
