Project Manager

• Manage mid-to-long term project details and day-to-day site operations for energy transformation projects
• Manage the on-site project team in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating all information needed to construct the energy efficiency project in accordance with the contract documents
• Supervise and provide oversight for Associate Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractor personnel
• Oversee implementation of a comprehensive set of Energy Conservation Measures
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with CEG and site-specific safety standards, codes, regulations, and assist with the implementation of the site safety program
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and manage project schedules, bid processes and subcontract negotiations
• Manage project in accordance with the budget and review and approve expenditures and subcontractor draw requests
• Assist with identifying unknown risks, managing risk impact and how they will be addressed and mitigated
• Oversee on-site safety and quality control programs
• Drive the technical due diligence through the implementation phase by identifying known risks and managing the impact of different risks
• Implement measurement based monitoring and verification plans and protocols, commissioning protocols, and associated post implementation operations & maintenance protocols
• Assist with project and business development responsibilities during development and implementation
• Use tools and operate equipment in the field; ascend/descend ladders/stairs; move around construction areas; occasionally move/transport up to 75 pounds.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Organize and lead engaging safety training sessions for all construction staff.
• Investigate all accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement effective prevention strategies.
• Oversee and manage safety oversight for all contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain and update corporate and site-specific EHS dashboards, routinely sharing EHS metrics and reports.
• Assist coordinators with critical document control and development related to safety.
• Be on the front lines daily at construction project sites in the Washington D.C. area to ensure operations meet safety and occupational health standards.
