About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintaining our company wide databases including but not limited to: Product, Supplier, User, Location and Classification.
- Providing support to colleagues via Jira Service Desk, Email and Telephone.
- Working with External Suppliers, Procurement and our inhouse companies to ensure price updates are received and processed efficiently, accurately and to specific deadlines.
- Analytics and GP Monitoring using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other tools.
- Project Work
- Administration of all other Corporate Data Processes.

What you’ll need- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills specifically the ability to define formulas and use VLOOKUP tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to spot potential data anomalies based on predetermined guidelines.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Confident using available tools and knowledge libraries to try to solve problems independently
