Summary: Senior Security Analyst to lead security compliance, awareness, and internal communication initiatives; senior-level role requiring technical understanding, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration. Essential functions: Lead compliance programs, develop awareness communications, liaison between security and business units, research emerging security trends, manage initiatives, respond to incidents, track/report program effectiveness, collaborate with technical teams. Interview Process: 30-minute phone screen; 1-hour MS Teams with hiring manager; 1-hour technical interview.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred. Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise security compliance programs, including security training initiatives and internal phishing campaigns. Experience managing cross-departmental security initiatives and building relationships across multiple business units. Experience with cloud security concepts and third-party risk management systems preferred. Experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or electrical products industries a plus. Track record of creating engaging educational content and awareness programs. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creative mindset and ability to research and analyze emerging threats.
