About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, debug, support, and improve Oracle and/or UKG Cloud ERP applications.
- Develop integrations, reports, analytics, fast-formula implementations, personalizations, and OCI extensions.
- Maintain ERP programming objects for SaaS applications and data warehouses while following architecture and security standards.
- Implement Oracle and/or UKG Cloud Infrastructure components including Integration Cloud, Object Storage, and Autonomous Data Warehouse.
- Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and tune integrations and reports/analytics.
- Execute scheduled integrations and reports and develop ad-hoc integrations and reports.
- Provide technical support and resolve integration, reporting, and fast-formula issues affecting ERP functionality.
- Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues.
- Follow technical change management procedures using the Enterprise Service Center.
- Work on projects across multiple technical environments and mentor junior technical staff.
- Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend improvements to system performance and business processes.
- Meet with core users and business owners to identify issues, document requirements, and capture improvement requests.
- Prepare specifications, work plans, and documentation for changes, upgrades, and migrations.
- Support reporting and analytics for financials, human resources, payroll, and supply chain operations at an academic medical center.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting ERP application upgrades, enhancements, and migrations for Cloud and On-Premise ERP applications
- Project management experience required
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and system analysis
- Full functional knowledge of UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules, including setup/configuration, customization, reporting, and integration with ERP Finance and HCM systems
- Experience implementing UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules, including conversion, analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
- Experience providing post-go-live support and maintenance for UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling applications in an ERP ecosystem
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical field preferred
- Oracle Cloud and/or UKG certifications preferred
