About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees the EIS and Administrative Services categories, leading sourcing, contracting and purchasing-related activities.
Reviews supplier, pricing, operational, and utilization data to support sourcing recommendations.
Oversees operational purchasing workflows and leads supplier performance evaluation and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Negotiates complex service agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), pricing structures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance guarantees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Accounting, Contract Administration, Procurement or a related field required
Certified Professional Contracts Manager certification (CPCM) preferred
5 years of progressive responsibility in purchasing, project management, contract and vendor negotiations in a complex environment of a multi hospital setting, large hospital or healthcare setting required
5 years of direct experience in one or more category, such as medical surgical, facilities and support services, and or professional services required
2 years of Staff leadership experience such as team lead, supervisor, or manager required
