About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Registration and Operations, Financial Clearance, and Authorization workflows providing operational, reporting, and system workflow support.
Develop, maintain, and distribute operational reports, WQs, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
Review operational data to identify trends, workflow gaps, and areas requiring leadership attention.
Troubleshoot operational workflow issues and Epic system functionality concerns.
Serve as a key liaison between various departments and external partners.
Assist with report creation, data validation, issue tracking, and KPI reporting.
Provide additional operational and administrative support to department leadership, as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or another relevant field required.
Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis, administrative, financial auditing, accounting or related experience highly preferred.
Epic experience highly preferred.
